Shipping & Returns

 

Permission to return and to Receive Credit

  • We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act where goods are faulty and will act to provide an acceptable remedy.
  • If you have changed your mind about a purchase we do not have to provide a refund or credit. If we choose to accept a credit, we may, at our sole discretion, charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the value of goods returned, plus any applicable charges to return goods to the supplier.
  • No credits under $20.00 will be accepted.
  • All goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging.
  • A credit will be offered in the form of either a credit to a trade account, a credit to a bank account or in the form of a store credit or voucher. Store credit expires after 12 months.
  • We must be informed of any intention to return goods within 14 days of purchase.

 

Non-returnable goods

  • Goods sold as ex-display or end-of-line products cannot be returned
  • Goods manufactured to order
  • Special order products
  • Toilets, toilet seats, parts, and spares cannot be returned due to health and safety policies.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

  • We will, upon request, replace any materials received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.
  • No materials will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
  • Notification of damage must be made within 48 hours of receiving goods. 
  • A copy of your invoice must be supplied when requesting a return, replacement or service.
