Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered within NZ. each Customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.

Permission to return and to Recieve Credit

We will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act where goods are faulty and will act to provide an acceptable remedy. If you have changed your mind about a purchase we do not have to provide a refund / credit. If we choose to accept a credit we may, at our sole descretion, charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the value of goods returned plus any applicable charges to return goods to the supplier. no credits under $20.00 will be accepted.

ALL RETUNED GOODS MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION.

A credit will be offered in the form of either a credit to trade account, credit to bank account or in the form of a store credit or voucher. Store credit expires after 12 months.

We must be informed of any intention to return goods within 14 days of purchase.

toilet seats, parts and spares that have been opened are non returnable for credit as part of health and safety policies

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will upon request, replace any materials that is recieved in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No materials will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise, notification of damage must be made within 48 hours of recieving goods. Filing of service forms will be our responsibility. 

A copy of your invoice must be supplied when requesting return or service.
