Goods and Services Tax

We are required to automatically charge the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act where goods are faulty and will act to provide an acceptable remedy. If you have changed your mind about a purchase we do not have to provide a refund / credit. If we choose to accept a credit we may, in our discretion, charge a handling fee of up to 25% plus any addional charges required to return goods to the manufacturer or supplier. A credit may be offered in form of a refund or in store credit only. We must be informed of any intention to return goods within 7 days of receiving the goods. All goods must be in a saleable condition and must not have been installed or attempted to be installed. parts and toilet seats that have been opened are not returnable for credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise, notification of damage must be made within 48 hours of receiving goods. Filing of service forms will be our responsibility. A copy of your invoice must be supplied when requesting replacement or service.
